Mapleton Utah Over 70 Homes Currently For Sale

Hey everyone, I hope you’re having a great weekend! Just want to take a minute and share a few thoughts.

I’m in Mapleton again, I’ve talked about Mapleton before, I love Mapleton it is such a beautiful, beautiful town. I have friends here and clients but it’s not just because of them, it is a beautiful town. You could look over here and see the lake I mean it is just beautiful, I love it.

Anyway it’s a great place if you’re looking for real estate. I know people keep talking about low
inventories right now, in Mapleton there are 74 homes that are listed for sale and some of these are to be built homes but the majority are existing homes.

Mapleton in my mind was always if you were in Mapleton you probably had a larger parcel, that’s just what I always thought. Elkridge, Mapleton, kind of this this area, you had a larger parcel.

Out of those 74 homes over half, I think it’s 40 some are less than half an acre and so
Mapleton has changed at least my paradigm. You don’t have as many, I think it’s like 30 homes, no it was 25 homes are an acre or more so it’s changing a bit here in Mapleton.

I just wanted to share this view because I love it, it’s at the south end of Main Street you’ve got a great view of the lake.

If you’re interested in Mapleton give me a call. There are quite a few places for sale, it’s a great location. The other thing is that the perception has been that Mapleton is a long ways away it’s out back in the corner and you can’t get to anything, but you’re pretty close to Spanish Fork, to Springville and so it’s closer than what you think.

748 W. 1160 N., Pleasant Grove Home For Sale

Hey everyone, I am in Pleasant Grove with some new clients and friends of mine that have been friends for a little while and I’m at their home it’s located in 748 West 1160 north and I just want
them to share. 
I was going to talk about their garage and their solar panels and a number of things, but I’ve got them right here so I’m going to ask them to share what they love most about having lived in this home for quite a few years. I don’t remember exactly how many years 12 years, okay so we’ve got Trevor and Sheri and just in 10-15 seconds Trevor first, what do you like most about having lived here? 
Well I’ve loved the location for sure it’s been been tons of fun to live here in Pleasant Grove, I teach just down the road and I’ve loved we love the yard, we’ve loved putting a bonus room on our home so that we could have a nice view and be able to hang out as a family and do activities and things together. The location’s been fantastic. We love to camp and do other kinds of things and it’s a great, great place to be. 
Okay, that was more than one but it’s a lot of reasons. Sheri, do you have, you can give more than one as well, but what have you loved about being here? 
One thing I like about our house is the road’s very calm, it’s not on a busy road, but storage we’ve added on and we have a lot of storage now. 
Excellent, ok so those are just a couple of things I’ll have some more information or get a hold of me and we’ll get the listing information to you, but this Pleasant Grove is a hot market and you’ve got to check out this home.

Wasatch County’s Hot Market

Hey everyone, sorry if you started to watch my live video a minute ago I was up on the side of the hill and I lost reception.

Anyway I am in Wallsburg, Round Valley also known as, and I just love it here and wanted to share some real estate information with you of course, but also show you just how beautiful it is. And I again apologize I was up on the side of the hill and you could have got a view of the valley but
you can still get a good feel of this it’s just so beautiful right now, things are so green.

So anyway Wallsburg it is a hot market in Wasatch County, which it hasn’t been that hot, but since March First we’ve had four properties go under contract. So for Wallsburg that is a hot market, but don’t fret there’s still some other properties that are available and if you’re interested in Wallsburg give me a call.

The other three properties are still under contract but there’s still four homes that are listed for sale, and there are 14 parcels that are listed for sale. Further up here there’s two two acre parcels, let me just turn around here so you see, right back here there’s 1,400 acres up alongside the hill here that’s for sale and a bunch in between.

Pleasant Grove Dream Home

Hey Everyone! I am in Pleasant Grove with a good friend and we just listed his home here in Pleasant Grove at 748 West 1160 North and it is just a to-die-for home. 
I’ve got the owner here, Trevor, and he is just going to give you a quick synopsis of what he’s done to this home. He bought it in 2004 and he’s just done, I mean it had 1900 sq. ft. when he bought it, these are just row houses, built the same way; it has just under 2600 sq. ft.
 So I’m going to let him share with you a few things he’s done really quick and then get a hold of me and come and check out this home it’s an awesome home.Trevor, you’ve got the floor. You bet, I’ll do my best here. 
Well, one of the first things we did was replace the deck here; took the old deck and put a new one on; Trex Deck. And then we’ve added in a batting cage which is something the kids have fun playing with. But we re-sided the entire home after we built an addition on, go ahead, keep talking, I’m just pushing buttons, resided the entire home and then put architectural shingling on the roof. We put vinyl windows in, we added a second air system for this unit here and put it on thicker walls so that we could make that room cool down really nice for family and heat really well, we’ve gone throughout the entire home and re-carpeted and added custom cabinetry and done work in the bathroom, added a jetted tub, and it seems like just about every room in the home, I think, has changed. 
Okay, let me add a couple more things really quick. Can lights, built in 1979, he put can lights all over the kitchen, the living room. This room above the garage is awesome, it’s just a big open room, like he said it has it’s own air conditioning, the garage is oversized, finished, painted, it’s cleaner than probably my kitchen.
