Park City Single Family Homes in November 2015

A total of 50 single family homes listed for sale in Park City during the month of November. This compares to 3 new listings in November 2014.
November 2014 saw 48 homes sell compared to last month when 29 homes closed.
The two areas selling the most homes last month were Glenwild / Silver Creek with 5 closings, which included the most expensive property closing last month at $2,375,000.00; Promontory, Jeremy Ranch and Park Meadows each had 4 closings in November.

Park City Residential Market Update

In October 78 residential properties listed that’s 25 more properties then the 53 that listed in September. The median price of the active listings also increased from $1,397,500 in September to $1,610,000 in October. 
The number of residential properties dropped by 52 from September to October. The median price for the properties under contract went up from $1,049,500 in September to $1,050,000 in October. 
83 properties sold in October with the median price of $640,000. 
In October 2014 – 92 residential properties sold with the median price of $566,500.

September brought some changes to Park City Real Estate 

53 residential properties listed bringing the total number of active listings at the end of the month to 183. The median price of the properties for sale was $1,397,500. The median cumulative days on market for active listings was 155 days. 
At the end of September 152 properties were under contract. The median price for those properties was $1,049,500 with the cumulative days on market being 89.
80 Homes sold in September for the median price of $655,250. 
In September 2014 72 homes sold with the median price of $589,573.
The median cumulative days on market for those properties that sold was 33 days .
In September 2014 the median cumulative days on the market for properties that sold was 53 days.

The median price of the properties for sale was $465,000 with the lowest price being $97,900 and the highest at $11,300,000. The median cumulative days on market for active listings being 85 days. 
At the end of September 155 properties were under contract. The median price for those properties was $341,650, with the cumulative days on market being 28.
 30 Homes sold in September for the median price of $304,950. 
Compared to September 2014 when 35 homes sold and the median price was $280,000.00.
