10 Years of Building in Victory Ranch, UT
I had an interesting conversation with a nice man while in Victory Ranch the morning I recorded this video. He said last year they did 40 homes in Victory Ranch development. They build custom homes everywhere across the area.
A few other areas to consider are Red Ledges down in Heber and the Crossings. There are so many things happening in all of Wasatch County for those interested in Real Estate.

Park City is a well known winter vacation spot, as well as a part time residence, to many well known actors, politicians and other well known celebrities. Park City draws people from all over the world to its small town charm, yet big city amenities.
