10 Years of Building in Victory Ranch, UT

Have you been to Jordanelle Ridge? It is just gorgeous. Check out this video I recorded in May 2018 to see what the area looked like then!

I had an interesting conversation with a nice man while in Victory Ranch the morning I recorded this video. He said last year they did 40 homes in Victory Ranch development. They build custom homes everywhere across the area.

In fact, this gentleman did the estimating on some homes up in Sun Valley recently. He said, “We have a good 10 years of building to catch up to our demand, to get the inventory to catch up to demand.” It was so fascinating to hear how busy they are!

The view of Heber Valley featured in the video is beautiful. The views of the Reservoir and Mount Timpanogos are just amazing. I have a client coming in tomorrow from California just to come look at Victory Ranch and the amazing views & do some home shopping.

A few other areas to consider are Red Ledges down in Heber and the Crossings. There are so many things happening in all of Wasatch County for those interested in Real Estate.

In fact, there’s a lot of Real Estate opportunities in all of Utah. I was in West Valley with a client two weeks ago and there’s a lot happening there as well. You might tend to think of Salt Lake Valley as being built out, but there’s still areas that are still growing!

Prime Home Location in Orem, Utah

Richmond American is building homes in the new Orem Orchards development at 295 S. 400 W. in Orem and they are very nice homes.  It is a great location near the Orem Recreation Center, Orem Elementary, Mountain View High School and a lot of shopping and restaurants.

Wallsburg Real Estate December 2015

Wallsburg stayed busy with their election of a new mayor in November last year, Celeni Richins and two new members of the town council. However to finish the year the sale of homes was very quiet. 
The Wallsburg real estate market didn’t see very much change in December. There where no new listings during December and one listing expired, bringing the total active listings to 3.

In December 2014 there where 0 new homes listed and 0 properties went under contract. Since December 2014 seven (7) properties have sold. 1 sold in February, another in March. May and June each had 1 sell and July had 2. October had the last sale for the 2015 year with 1 home selling.

November 2014 saw 48 homes sell compared to last month when 29 homes closed.
The two areas selling the most homes last month were Glenwild / Silver Creek with 5 closings, which included the most expensive property closing last month at $2,375,000.00; Promontory, Jeremy Ranch and Park Meadows each had 4 closings in November.

Park City Residential Market Update

In October 78 residential properties listed that’s 25 more properties then the 53 that listed in September. The median price of the active listings also increased from $1,397,500 in September to $1,610,000 in October. 
The number of residential properties dropped by 52 from September to October. The median price for the properties under contract went up from $1,049,500 in September to $1,050,000 in October. 
83 properties sold in October with the median price of $640,000. 
In October 2014 – 92 residential properties sold with the median price of $566,500.
