Income Generating Vacation Homes

Buying a 2nd home is what many people want so they have the ability to stay at their favorite vacation location whenever they want without the need to reserve a room or rent a home.
What many of these buyers also consider is there the ability to rent the home at least enough so that I get enough income to pay the taxes, or the HOA fee or some other expense.
In my area, during peak ski season and also the Sundance Film Festival, many properties may be rented for enough to cover some pretty big expenses and possibly even have something left over.
With the options of airbnb, tripping.com, vrbo, homeaway, etc. there are plenty of options to be able to rent your vacation property from 1 day to 365 per year.
